Nothing boring about this BLANKbottle!

Date March 7, 2007

What you see on your left is a visual interpretation of BLANKbottle Back TJ Stellenbosch Merlot 2003. It is a unique piece of art created by the inspiration behind BLANKbottle - Pieter H. Walser.

BLANKbottle is an innovative and oustanding approach to creating and selling wine directly to consumers. In a nutshell, Pieter Walser aims to create top quality South African boutique style wines, sourced from all over South Africa, at very affordable prices.

The passion and love behind this project is very evident in the offering as a whole - be it the stylish bottle design, unique canvas paintings, batch numbers that lead you to the story behind the wine you are drinking or the relentless search for supreme quality wine to blend.

What I like about the BLANKbottle’s approach is that it creates an experience for the consumer to take part in - it isn’t just low cost wine being flogged off to cover costs.

Yesterday I recieved three bottle’s of BLANKbottle, ordered through another innovative project: CherryPicka (they are currently offering ‘test’ packs of this wine for R50). The wine was simply superb - intriguing and very easy going - so much so that I only have one bottle left!

If you looking for great wine and incredible value, then like me, I think you should head on over to BLANKbottle.
