A little post on the innovation side of wine - Snooth a wine recommendation platform has gone into private beta (which means they still doing a little testing but you welcome to get involved)
Snooth claims to “understand your personal taste in great detail and is enabled to recommend the wines that are best-suited to you”.

Just had a look at the site and looks great, good to see there are all ready a good few Stormhoek wines listed. look forward to seeing some more in the future, will keep an eye on it.

Yip looks awesome and when i did searches for SA wines plenty showed uo - lets hope the wine farms wake up and get more of their stuff on there!

There are copious amounts of other social bookmarking wine sites out there. One of my recent favorite social networking wine sites is ebacchus.com which I actually discovered through another wine blogger.
