RMB WineX 2008 is around the corner for both Cape Town and JHB - with the former only a week or so away.
I always get excited  for this event - when I was a student it provided an unbeatable opportunity for myself and all my friends to get really drunk for very little money.

The second ever Franschhoek Uncorked 2008 is happening over the weekend of 30 August –31 August.
I didn’t make last years inaugural event  but apparently it was a runaway success which I can understand completely. Who wouldn’t want to spend a day navigating the stunning valley with friends, while sampling some of South Africa’s finest wines [...]

On Monday evening, my brother and I attended the Wine/Miele Professional Top Chenin Blanc Public Tasting at the Mount Nelson Hotel in the heart of Cape Town.
