It’s pretty chilly in Cape Town today and winter seems to be trickling into to town.
So what better way to warm the soul and lift the spirits than a glass or two of Gluhwein!
Here’s a simple recipe:
750ml red wine
2/3 cup of sugar
2 cinnomon sticks
5 cloves
1 big bay leaf
1 sliced up lemon
1 sliced up orange
2 cardamon [...]
